Zoom, Teams, Meet, a Slack huddle — whatever your call is in. Share it with its audio and Notizli captures both sides: the others from what you shared, you from your microphone. No download, no extension, no bot sitting in the call.
Chrome or Edge, on desktop. Meeting in the room instead? Switch to in-person and Notizli just listens to the microphone — nothing to share. For recordings that must survive a closed laptop, the desktop app covers those.
Open your call
Zoom, Teams, Meet, a Slack huddle — in the browser or in the desktop app. It makes no difference.
Share it, with audio
Chrome asks what to share. Pick the tab or your whole screen and tick the "share audio" box — that is what carries the other side.
Talk normally
Notizli records what you shared and your microphone together, uploading as it goes so a crash costs seconds, not the meeting.
Stop and read
Press finish and it goes straight into transcription, minutes and tracked action items — with who said what worked out from the voices.
Chrome and Edge, on desktop
Firefox and Safari cannot share audio with a web page at all. On those, use the desktop app. The setup check tells you in ten seconds which side you are on.
The audio box moves — look for it every time
Chrome puts the share-audio option in a different place, already ticked or not, depending on whether you pick a tab, a window or your whole screen. Audio is the part that matters; the picture is discarded. On macOS, Chrome also needs Screen Recording permission the first time.
Keep this tab open
Recording stops if you close it or the machine sleeps. Everything already uploaded is kept, transcribed, and flagged as interrupted.
Tell the room you are recording
Nothing announces Notizli to the other participants. Getting consent is on you, and in most of Europe it is not optional.
The recording is a means to an end, not the product.
- It goes to your account only. Audio is uploaded to your own Notizli storage as the meeting runs.
- It is deleted after 7 days. The minutes, the transcript and the action items stay.
- Speakers are told apart by voice. The recording keeps your microphone and the call on separate channels, and the transcript attributes each turn from the voices themselves.
- Nothing is captured until you choose. The page has no access to anything until you pick what to share.
